is promoting our asap remote tech support service to all our clients and
folk they know. We're doing less kilometres in the service van giving us
more time in our office, using our broadband internet service to work
smarter.
Green technical support also helps us to offer you
quicker, lower cost service because we don't need to drive to your place
for most of our service calls.
Recently we performed a study of service calls and
the results showed that we spend a lot of time in the vehicle getting
there rather than working on your computer solving problems.
Green computer services also give us the ability
to broaden our service area outside the St George and Sutherland area of
southern Sydney's suburbs.

When we are working on your computer, either
on-site or remotely, your confidential information is treated as
"strictly confidential".
This is
an exclusive service.
asap remote technical support is limited to
existing clients of Pixel ITT and clients referred to Pixel ITT by our
clients and colleagues..
Security
and Control.
You are in control of the connection and all
connections.
Pixel ITT cannot connect to your computer or system without your
expressed approval and without your invitation.
You need to
initiate every asap remote support session.
asap remote support software will only stay active until the end of the
support incident when the program is automatically removed from your
system.
Encryption.
Most of our customers are able to connect through
an encrypted link, so anyone between your office and ours is not able to
decipher the screen and keyboard information passing between our
computers. We will always attempt to use an encrypted connection before
using the fallback un-encrypted method.

terminate the asap support session by 'right clicking' on the square
Dualdesk icon in the tray of your PC.
Charges,
hours of service & availability.
Business hours, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday
to Friday AEDST.
Service is
provided on a 'next available time' basis.
There is a session
connect charge of AUD$20.00 and a per minute charge of AUD$1.50.
Out of business hours asap remote support session connect charge is
AUD$20.00 with a per minute charge of AUD$2.75.
Charges are payable at the time of service.

need to phone us. We do not respond to incoming asap support requests
without knowing who is initiating the asap support session.
We also need to be ready to help you.
