After the help session is finished, we can't connect back to your computer unless you specifically ask us to connect again because the software has been removed from your computer. And the connection is, by necessity, from your computer to ours, not the other way around.

The ASAP remote tech support service is available to you, as our customer and is at lower cost than our regular on-site service. If the problem needs an on-site service call or for you to carry-in the computer to our office, then we'll arrange the next step with you.

Viruses in the wild
(beware on the 3rd February)
There's a new virus 'in the wild'
as they like to say, that on the 3rd of every month attempts to delete
your documents and other personal information on your computer.

Please check that your antivirus is right up to date, before the 3rd of February, it'll be the first month in the cycle, as the virus was created on the 16th January 2006 and the internet hasn't been put to the test by this virus before.
With any luck, it'll be a fizzer, and there won't be any serious consequences for you or Pixel ITT.
