The analyzer screens entries that are programmed to activate each time Windows starts up, examining particularly entries such as registry startups, services and drivers for the presence of suspicious patterns associated with malware. After sufficient markers have been verified to indicate a real risk, these entries are quarantined so that users are protected against the latest unknown threats.
