2. How does Freshtel VoIP work?
When you call another person on the Freshtel network using a handset or headset, the call travels over the Internet to his or her computer for free. Similarly, a call to a normal phone travels over the Internet and then uses the traditional phone network for the last part. Normal telephone calls use Freshtel's highly competitive call rates.
